Christian Pälchen, the founder of ICS-Christian-School-Founding  is a trained Primary ans Secondary School teacher, social worker/social pedagogue and banker. As well as being the founder of ICS-Christian-School-Founding, Christian-Non-Profit-Consulting, Fit for Family and many other projects, Christian has a strong heart for preparing the youth for their life. Driven by this passion since he was a teenager, Christian has developed several concepts, including the Life-Skills Conference Concept and the Conference of Cooperation Concept. The International Christian Student and Exchange Study Program is a project with a mission to also fulfil that goal.
