Christian Pälchen

Christian Pälchen grew up in Rinteln, Germany, where he attended the lower secondary educational school, the commercial college and the higher secondary educational school matriculating in 1998 and receiving a

 

General National Vocational Qualification in Banking from the German Sparkassenschule in Hannover.

 

In 2001, he received his Bachelors in Social work and Social pedagogy (Honours) from the Protestant University of Applied Sciences in Hannover (Lower Saxony). From 2001 to 2004 he studied Education management and economy at the Leibniz University in Hannover and at the Carl von Ossietzky University in Oldenburg. In 2004 he  passed a  teacher training for primary and secondary school, where he received a Master of Education. During his teacher training he studied evangelical theology, beside politics and German.


After his studies he did an internship at the DSK (German school) in Cape Town and worked in 5 different states in Germany as a primary school teacher. Since 2011 he is working as a special need teacher for grade one and two students for the state of North Rhine Westphalica in Bad Salzuflen at the Grundschule Ahornstrasse.


Christian has a strong passion for mission, he was from 1998 - 2000 the leader of the youth mission team work of the German Baptist Union for the world fairy 2000 in Hannover. He has also a passion for the youth, his vision is to establish the Christian life skills conference concept world wide.

 

Since his first time as a short term missionary in a children home at Claim Street / Johannesburg he visited South Africa another 4 times.

 

In 2013 he founded ICS-Christian-School-Founding. 

German school enrollment test seminar

This seminar will introduce you to the structure of a very valuable and practice-relevant school enrollment test based, among others, on Bettinger/Ledl (Vienna). You will discover how and when to implement this test and which useful conclusions concerning parent counseling you can draw from it.

 

At the end of the seminar, I will give you a model of the test for your own use.
